"Scouting has always been a training program. I went through Wood Badge as a Scoutmaster, and it changed my whole perspective on how I could work more effectively with the boys and my fellow volunteers- not to mention the other parts of my life- church, family, work.

For me, SR-323 was a life-changing experience.  If I can help my fellow Scouters to achieve even some of that, I'm delighted!”
